First off, I want to say that The Property Manager Alyssa is amazing and thoughtful about the tenants. So far, the maintenance has been absolutely outstanding. They are on top of their jobs and they are extremely friendly as well. Our apartment is spacious with a great layout. I really love our outdoor patio. If anyone is looking for a welcoming Community, this is the place to rent from.

The apartments and landscape are very well maintained they do an amazing job at keeping the complex looking good. Alyssa in the office is very helpful and professional. This place is amazing I'll make this place your first choice

Omg what a lifesaver thank you my smoke detector in the living room was going off at 2:30 in the morning. I called and they came right away. What a lifesaver. I really appreciate it Excellent customer service. We also laughed because he had touched it the day before thinking that it was OK. I teased him and told him that he cursed. It is his fault and we both laughed. You have to laugh these days

Me and my husband moved here in May and we both love it so far! Hoping to stay here for as long as we are able to. The unit is really spacious, and the deck is huge with a nice private storage closet outside. I’ve had a couple maintenance issues (nothing huge) and they were fixed in record time. Pretty easy to put in requests as well. Rent has definitely been a lot more reasonable than other places we toured before making the decision to move. And of course we love having our own designated parking space and entry. Definitely hoping to make this place home for as long as possible.

First off I never really need any maintenance, just loose screws here and there. However, when the maintenance guy comes in, he’s very respectful and is done very quickly. Wonderful experience!

Gave us 72 hours to report any damages, immediately sent a very friendly and awesome maintenance team member to fix those findings, and amended the faults we found with an incredibly sincere and amazing care package. This is an extremely welcoming and thoughtful neighborhood!! Couldn’t be more happy with Veri!
